Building on our work with Rebelleo Motorsport, we’ve long championed efforts to break down barriers in racing. FGMA continues that mission — a transformative initiative designed to nurture the next generation of talent.
Building the Pathway
In partnership with the FAT Karting League, FGMA is creating a sustainable, global pathway for young drivers — giving children from all backgrounds the chance to pursue their passion and compete at the highest levels.
Through early talent identification, FGMA provides young drivers with the resources, mentorship, and support they need to thrive. Our principle is simple: talent and determination should open doors — not background or circumstance.
Racing Shouldn’t Be a Luxury
Motorsport has a cost problem. The Smedley Group estimates the path from grassroots karting to Formula 1 can exceed $33 million — a figure that locks out nearly all aspiring drivers.
In many sports, talent earns opportunity. In motorsport, privilege too often decides. FGMA is here to change that.
